Description:
Chris is an ASHI Certified home inspector with over 8,000 inspections, and is one of the most innovative inspectors that is constantly finding ways to improve the quality of the service to the consumers. My goal is to provide informative high quality inspections which can be use by the consumer to make wise decisions.

Personal attention to each job:
Each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire process. I personally will conduct a walk-thru and explain every single detail, and yes I can tell you what is the cause of the problem, how much it will cost to repair it, and even tell you how to repair it (if you are qualified).
Client participation:
It is extremely important that you are present at the beginning of the inspection because my inspection method requires that you participate, and ask questions during the entire inspection process.
Creativity & Technology:
Creativity is achieved through a combination of smart inspection techniques (secret) and usage of technology in order to obtain the most efficient and productive work.
Style:
Very easy going and very casual. If you do not like my inspection method we will inspect the house your way.
Experience & Credentials:
Chris Galo is a degreed engineer graduated from UC Davis, California. For many years Chris worked as a Facilities Design Engineer for the Bio-tech industry in California. Besides the home inspections industry Chris has degrees and certifications in Home Appraisals, Real Estate, etc.
